Blue Arrow Completes Acquisition of The Recruitment Co.

We are thrilled to announce the acquisition of The Recruitment Co., by Blue Arrow strengthening our position in the market, and expanding our portfolio of clients. Together, we’ll be able to offer an enhanced service to our customers, combining our collective talent, expertise, and geographical reach, offering temporary and permanent staffing through our extensive branch network, as well as managed service staffing, recruitment process outsourcing, and vendor management services across the UK and Ireland.

By joining forces, we will accelerate growth of the combined businesses, using the existing strengths of both Blue Arrow and The Recruitment Co. The acquisition reflects our commitment to delivering an enhanced customer experience, opportunities for our employees and candidates and executing the long-term strategy of the expanded group.
